Processing Window

Most orders are expected to be reviewed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days.

  • Processing excludes weekends, postal holidays, order holds, inventory exceptions, carrier interruptions, and address verification delays.
  • Large cabinet bundles and durable gear may require additional handling time because items are picked, inspected, and packed differently.
  • If an order needs review, support may contact you using the checkout email address.

Shipping Updates

Standard shipping is $14.95 unless the order qualifies for free shipping. You receive a shipping confirmation when tracking is available. Carrier scan timing may vary after a label is created.

  • A label-created event means the package is queued for carrier pickup or intake.
  • Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show movement during busy carrier periods.
  • Free standard shipping applies to qualifying orders at or above $150 before taxes and after discounts.

Address Issues

You are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. The support team can review address issues before fulfillment when contacted promptly.

  • Once a package has shipped, carriers may limit address-change options.
  • EvoBones is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Lost Or Delayed Packages

If tracking is delayed or a package appears lost, contact support with the order number so the team can check carrier status.

  • Include the order number, shipping ZIP code, and any carrier messages shown in tracking.
  • Replacement or refund decisions may depend on carrier status, delivery confirmation, package history, and order value.
